She followed Atkins, but she didnt do the high fats. She has lost 135 lbs so far. She slowly started adding back carbs until she found what was good for her body. She now stays between 75 and 100 on a daily basis. It seems like this one of those times. You've got the mental clarity, the information, the plan, and I have no doubt you'll keep yourself in check when it comes to taking action.

Oddly enough, I just started doing low carb as well. I interviewed a woman who lost over 100 pounds using the "17-Day Diet" book that was really popular 1-2 years ago. I got curious and checked it out. It made me revisit the idea of low carb. The thing is, it's been really hard to believe low carb is healthy after years of researching raw food eating and believing eating tons of fruit is the way to go.

I'm counting on you to stick with this and document everything. When you're on track you make very wise choices. You will be below 300lbs once again in no time.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00494198731243639436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1001785584149111016.post-1593881963846153342013-04-01T15:27:56.801-06:002013-04-01T15:27:56.801-06:00Nanette, you need to track the sugar all on myfitn...Nanette, you need to track the sugar all on myfitnesspal. Trade out the fiber for sugars. It'll help you watch that more carefully.
Good luck with your new plan. The best plan is always just move more and eat less but sometimes a kick in the pants is what a person needs to get going.
Take care and have a blessed afternoon.Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15956818436541141380noreply@blogger.com
