  1. Love the quote. Your goals seem reasonably attainable. It doesn't seem like you will go crazy. I write this because I had made many far reaching goals in my excitement, and of course I did not get all the way there. I was supposed to be 100 lbs slimmer in my mind by this Christmas. Then the poop happens...
    Let's do this!
I admire that you have your book plans. I am slacking on that doing an e book, but Santa's helper is poor. Kids all get a greater part of what I spend. I need to crack down and at least buy an outfit! And a bike lock.

  2. YOu know, you're one of those people I so want to see at goal weight. YOu're young, smart, energetic,a vibrant soul, and I want you to get the most out of your youth/life. Yes, make it, make it. I wanna see pics of UberAfter You!

I had a 50 inch waist and 60 inch hips at 299 pounds, so I think 299 lbs and your estimates might be dang spot on. :) Of course, an exercising 299 will be fitter than my couch potato 299 was. :)

    On we go!

  4. aww you guys are quick, and awesome!

I tried to be reasonable on the estimates, but I had no idea I'd be that close! ha! I'm super pumped about this next challenge. I really suspect that my birth control was interfering with some of my weight loss. So I'm going off of it - no worries. Swearing off the sex stuff until I move.

Bluezy, I hope you make it down 100 lbs by next christmas. I was reading someone's goals of losing 10lbs a month. I like that idea. It's my aim high goal in my head. But honestly, I'll be happy if I can drop to 299 by the end of this challenge.

  11. Determination will get you to your goals. Proving to yourself that you CAN be the one in charge around the food is huge. You have your "why"; you are a part of a good challenge; you have the support of kindred spirits, and you know what to do. 2012 is going to be your year don't you think?
