It's been a good and exhausting week. I hope I can keep this kind of loss up. I'm meeting someone new (potentially romantic) over Thanksgiving and I would like to introduce less of myself.
Big Fat Love, Nanette
Nanette, yay! Wonderful loss. And if the romantic interest is the one for YOU, he will love the less of or more of variety, as long as it's you.
ReplyDeleteAgain, congrats on a great week's loss.
Four pound loss?! Nice job, Nanette!
ReplyDeleteAwesome job! All that hard work paid off! And I agree with Princess Dieter; I hope you feel great about yourself but if he's worth your time he'll like you cause you're rad, not for your clothing size. :)
ReplyDeleteHi, sometimes this doesn't let me comment on your blog. Hope it works this time! Congrats on the loss, keep going. Yes, definitely introduce less of you, but make it a confident you that he meets and that is what will make all the difference. Have a great week!
ReplyDelete4 pounds is great! Keep up the good work. You're well on your way :)
ReplyDeleteMeeting someone new is sooo exciting and nerve racking. Good luck and hope it works out :) Have a great time and be YOURSELF!
Way to go on the loss and CONGRATS on meeting someone new. Always an adventure!
ReplyDeleteGREAT JOB! You deserve the shout. I read your exercise info and got achy....think I'll try the fru/fru. Keep up the good job and drink more to go with your exercise. If he's the right one he'll like you no matter what you weigh and encourage you.
ReplyDeleteYeah! Yeah! Yeah! You're doing great, Nanette! I'm so proud of you.
ReplyDelete*Awesome*!!!!! Keep it up and you'll be under 300lbs in no time!!
ReplyDeleteKeeping track of the sodium is annoying as can be; I have to do it for health reasons and it is not easy. One thing I've learned is that the so-called "healthier" foods are not necessarily better for you. Example, egg substitute is off my list because it's higher in sodium than real eggs and low-calorie breads have a lot of salt added. Stick to whole foods, fresh foods, home cooked meals and you can better monitor your sodium, without having to track it. Makes life so much easier! :)
thanks guys! I'm super excited to get under 300... I haven't weight that little since freshman/sophomore year of high school.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy to see the results of changing an entire lifestyle. It's getting to the point that I don't want to take a day off from the gym and that I crave things like Adam's peanut butter with apples instead of sweet candies... It's feeling great! :)
Great job! Wow, 7.5 hours! What an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteI am new to blogging and your story is amazing
