These photos show the progress from September 14 - September 25. 11 Days.
I wish I had taken measurements. Particularly around my thighs and arms.
I notice it most in upper belly/underbust and in my legs. I want to see more progress in my arms and belly. This is very encouraging to me.

Wow, I can really see the difference. Take those measurements, seeing the numbers will help encourage you when you don't see the changes quite as easily:-)

ReplyDeleteGirlfriend, you can totally see the difference in those pictures!! In fact, I also noticed that you're standing straighter! Yeah!!! Go ahead, get your measurements and keep track of them so you can not only see the difference in the pictures but also in your tape measure!

ReplyDeleteYou can see a big difference. You really should take measurements! I measure every week and its crazy sometimes how much I lose in inches! Way to go!!
