This girl...

Here's the deal people... I'm fat. F. A. T. I love my body. It is my vehicle for hope, joy, creativity and affection. Because I love my body, it's time for me to do something for it in return.

I started caring and thinking about changing on May 28, 2011... I weighed 368lbs at 24 years old. I committed to action in June with a 10 day juice fast, reboot thing. It was too extreme. This is going to be slow going. This is going to be tough. And you'll hear all about it.
