I woke up. Went to the bathroom and weighed in like normal (not telling you the number until tomorrow, hoping to break even). I went back to bed because my body hurts like crazy from the work out yesterday.
I sniffled. Grabbed my box of tissues and a DVD. I blew my nose for what seemed like a full minute. Then out of curiosity, I weighed myself again. I lost .2 lbs in SNOT.

ReplyDeleteI feel like I'm losing weight in mucous too. I have gone through BOXES of Kleenex and ROLLS of toilet paper blowing my noise this past couple of weeks.

ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As one of the world's major mucus producers--less now that I'm healthier, but man, I've had some scary mucus issues--I find that heartening. Maybe I just need to blow my nose more? ; )

ReplyDeleteLMAO, that's awesome! From now on not only will I make sure to stop eating & drinking by a certain time the night before, use the bathroom right before, and strip down to nothing before stepping on the scale for my official weigh ins I will have to add blowing the nose to the list... right after using the bathroom! LOL... ok, it's not to that extreme but there's a ritual I got going:-)
