Also, I'm super excited about the measurement change. I haven't been seeing much change there since the beginning of the challenge.

Big Fat +2lb Love,

I am glad to see that you are getting the weight off that was gained earlier. Why do we do that to ourselves? We just make it take longer to get to our goal. I have done the same thing. It is frustrating but we will still win this fight. Try and be more proactive the next time and ask your friend to help you stay on plan. If that friend cares about you, she will be glad to help. Be well.
ReplyDeleteGood for you for having a pretty good week. You got in some good work out time and lost some inches even if the weight didn't come as far down as you wanted. Hang in there and before you know it things will be moving along faster.
ReplyDeleteYou week looks good. 2 inches off the waist is excellent. I have belly-getting-in-the-way issues with some of my yoga poses, too. But 2 inches off is great and I bet you'll feel the difference in your cross-overs this week! I love your non-fat goals!
ReplyDeleteAgh, my weight was up this week too. But we keep fighting. One foot in front of the other.
ReplyDeleteLet's get 'er done this week!
I like your food goal of 7 at under 1700. That's why we're here. And good job with the exercise this week!
ReplyDeleteWow, that was a big superbowl bump. Glad you are whittling it down! And good for adjusting the calories...you can lose at that rate at your size, so no problem, and it leaves you room for lots of nutrition. Which is ALWAYS a good thing.
ReplyDeleteSorry that this boy was not the one, as you clearly really liked him and he was a mensch, but yes. If his temple and religion matter, he needed to find a girl with that mindset. And I say this as the gal who asked my hubby when he wanted to take me out on a date, "Are you a Christian?" If the answer had been no, I would have had to let this great guy go. And I did suspend our engagement until we agreed on WHICH church, his, mine, or an other, to go to once married. :) It worked out fine. We have the same view of life, the world, the Cosmos, God and marriage and it makes for some serious harmony.
Well, I guess that to say I understand how HE felt. And I know it still must hurt, but the right guy for you is out there and you will find him....and you'll be slimmer, healthier and ready for a great long life of love.
On we go...
Seriously big bump... it was three days of "old habit" eating. I guess it's a binge considering how many calories were consumed at each meal. A restaurant entree each day. No bueno.
DeleteGlad that didn't stay at the +7!
ReplyDeleteBut you've proven you can do it, and you will!!
You can do this Nanett. You are strong and able. I am sorry about your man but you need to be happy and so does he so onward and upwards you go and there is someone out there for you.
ReplyDeleteTake care and have a blessed week!!
LOL, love that pizza pic! I had pizza the other day & kept it to 2 slices but it probably should have only been 1 slice. I sort of felt like the dude while I was eating it... LOL!
